The customers can get an updated about the products in daily basis. They can look up for the products any time and from anywhere. I feel that the discounts and the offers that customers get from the online websites mainly help them to make the choice of buying the desired products. In fact, the idea of online shopping has become even more successful for the customers as they are being able to get the almost every product by sitting at home. The products are not only being delivered to their home but the customers will also be able to try the products at home before the purchase. I feel that the facilities that are being given by the online sites help the customers to develop a strong relationship with the online companies. Once, they become familiar they tend to become loyal to the online companies and they become regular customers. However, that also reminds me that the online companies should also be able to keep a check on the fact that have helped the customers to develop a trust on the online sites. As the customers have been able to build their trust on the quality of the products, the online sites should also be able to keep up with the trust of the customers. To get an idea about the level of loyalty among the customers, the online sites can also keep a check on the number of customer visits in the online sites. According to me, if the numbers of facilities given to the customers are more, they will be more loyal to the online sites. Moreover, the regular customers should be given extra facilities and those facilities will help them to stay connected with the online site for shopping. Some other services like saving the credit and the debit card numbers and save the search that has been done earlier. In this way, the credentials of the customers will be saved and they will come back the online sites. The issues that have been identified in the literature review has also caught my attention. I feel that while taking the help of the online service, the information of the customer is being exposed to the issues like the online data breach. I feel it is the duty of the online site to keep a check on the security issues of the websites and keep a check on the data of the customers so the information stay safe and they can shop with ease. I completely agree with the idea that it is necessary to keep the customers updated and they need to be talked with in regular basis. The issues with the customers need to be resolved on regular basis. The customers need to be feel satisfied with the products before they make many purchase. Any customer should not have any issue with the product that they are purchasing. I believe that there will be less complaints if there is proper pre purchase support to the customers. The customers will develop an idea that they have checked the products before buying the product. On the other hand, and the support that they will get after the purchase will help them to develop an idea that the company will look after the issues that they will face with the products. They will be able to develop the trust of the customers will come back to the organization. I feel that the customers as well as the managers need to be interviewed while carrying out the work. Whether the customers will be satisfied with the online marketing services will be understood once they will be able to give their feedback on the topic. Hundred customers are needed as they will be able to tell about their experience on the issue. The numbers of customers are more and hence, getting the data from the customers will help in getting an overall idea about the project. The managers have experienced the opportunities of the online marketing. I think that the feedback of the managers is necessary to get an idea about the opportunities that come in the way of the company while carrying out the online marketing. While evaluating the research methodology section, I also understood the importance of probability sampling. It is better to differentiate the customers based on something that is not related to the research. According to me, choosing the participants based on the a lphabets of the name will help in making the probability salmon. Arranging the participants alphabetically will not bring any biasness in the research projects. To carry out the research work, all type of data should be taken into consideration. I think that both primary and secondary data is necessary to get an idea about the research. While taking help of any research work, I have always depended on the secondary data first then moved on to check the primary data. The secondary data has helped me to get an understanding of the research work. I have been able to get a good insight about the research work with the help of the primary data. Finally, I think that every research come some kinds of limitations. It is not possible to carry out any work for a long period of time and by taking into consideration every individual present in the society. While carrying out a research work, it is necessary to select certain population of people and get an overall idea about the research work. I believe that it is necessary to take the interview of the mangers to get an overall idea about the manager of the online companies. It is not possible to take the feedbacks of the managers of the all the companies present in the market an hence two or three managers have been chosen to get an idea about the topic of the research work.
